Cornerstones of Healthy Eating

I believe these to be the most important ways to eat to stay healthy.  Although many people would like to implement certain macronutrients as inherently unhealthy, I believe this to be untrue.  When we eat in a system that is more in line with our evolutionary roots we can remain our health on any type of macronutrient ratio.

This is evidenced by the many traditional cultures around the world that eat extremely varied diets, but all still maintain excellent health.  However, they eat in an way that is more congruent with how humans evolved to eat, not in the way we in our industrialized world eat.
